Surely we cannot stop people travelling for much longer

What I do find confusing and maybe a little unfair is the counties that open up to fully vaccinated visitors; which is great. However we are advised by our Government or health experts that we are not allowed to visit. Not only do I find it confusing but also disappointing. Please reciprocate, obviously where it is safe to do so. Surely we cannot stop people travelling for much longer - obviously where it's safe to do so.
