When do I think the US travel ban will be lifted? Sooner rather than later. Here are my thoughts…..

So I have been asked have I any indication of when US travel can resume, when the ban is lifted? Personally, I will be honest with you, I have no inside Information, I'm just like you, somebody who obsessively Googles' anything to do with US travel ban in the hope that it is lifted sooner rather than later. Because I cannot wait to see my friends in New York. But I think the fact that there are working groups being set up to look at the individual areas of the world where there is a travel ban is definitely a positive. Is there a date? Yes I think that there is a date but only the governments of the relevant countries will know when this is.

It could be sooner, it could be later, however if people start to speculate on a date it will only cause people's hopes to be raised and when that date is passed their hopes are dashed.

What we should be taking away from the information and recent news is that these are steps, small steps but definitely steps in the right direction. I was last in New York February of last year, I still believe that I am nearer to going to New York that I was in February of last year so I'd look at that as a positive. I also personally believe that the date will be sooner rather than later due to the amount of pressure being imposed on all concerned so again I am positive. However that's not to say there will be a spanner in the works, we've seen this happen previously and I've no doubt that we will see this again in the future however in a safe manner, however let us just be patient I do not think we have that long to wait.
