✉️ [Reader Story: KA, NYC]
Hi Sammual, I check your blog everyday just to see if there's any updates and I appreciate your dedication and research. I guess I wanted to reach out just to vent on how annoying the lack of info for UK/US travel is. I'm from NYC and I know how successful a corridor would be if they just stopped beating around the bush and did it. Both the US and NYC are doing extremely well in the vaccination roll out, so it makes no sense for there to be this much hesitation unless it's petty politics.
For months there's been back and forth changes in both attitude and estimated dates for opening a corridor. There's articles that say there's hope for summer travel by the end of July and articles saying it's unlikely that there will be travel at all this summer. The constant changes have become more infuriating everyday.
I personally want to visit the UK to reunite with friends but there's so many people that have family and partners that they haven't got to see because these governments aren't prioritizing it the way they should.
✈️ My name is Sammual-James McLoughlin, I visit the USA on a regular basis. This blog provides advice and guidance on getting the most from your travel to the US. I will continue to post editorials, tips and advice on all things American travel. So grab a coffee ☕️ and stay a while. ✉️ Get in contact with me: sammualjamesmcloughlin@gmail.com
