Hello Sammual, this is what I think should happen. Europe and the US should agree to allow those that are fully vaccinated to enter. Those that are unable to be vaccinated should be allowed entry providing they test negative. This way we do not get a tic for tat situation, we also allow people who wish to to travel to do exactly that, and families will be reunited.
