My friend in San Francisco was not even aware there is a travel ban to prevent people from Europe visiting the US. It seems the consensus of many Americans is that they are unaware of the travel ban. My friend is visiting me here in Germany and he is fully vaccinated but he was surprised to hear that President Biden had imposed the ban. I think there are many American people under the same impression, totally unaware of the travel ban against Europeans.
