Dear Mr President, When is the announcement to lift the US travel ban?

Hi Sam, in mid-July President Biden said that he'd make an announcement in the coming days regarding how the US travel ban would be lifted. 2 months on is longer than a couple of days. So I ask the President when is the announcement coming?
