Will US prevent UK visitors travelling to the US given increase in Coronavirus cases?

Good morning wonderful people, I see a lot of concerned people (me included ) in the UK worried that increasing cases will mean the US will prevent UK travellers visiting the US. I don't think it will happen, I think vaccinated UK visitors will be allowed entry from Nov 8th. So stay positive.
