You will need the positive test result. You will also need a signed letter from a healthcare provider or a public health official that states you have been cleared for travel. Firstly try your Doctor, I've heard many people say that their Doctor has provided them with a letter. So that should be your first call. Also worth remembering these requirements do apply for children aged 2 years or younger.
Remember the letter has to be signed, it needs to be from a public health official. If that fails, I have had readers who have explained that their Doctor was not willing to provide maybe try online resources that can provide documentation in a relatively quick timescale.
