Some quick tips and observations to help with your US Travel trip.
Have the NHS app downloaded to your phone which contains your Covid pass. If you visit a bar or even some restaurants they may well ask to see your Covid vaccination pass, not all places do, however on this trip to New York City I I've had to show my Covid pass twice, so it's always worth having it on your phone. Also authorities may wish to see your NHS Covid pass so just bear that in mind.
Bring a face mask, I've spent time this week in both New York City and San Francisco and you will be amazed at the number of people who will wear a face mask. In fact, compared to the UK, more people wear a face mask here. Also you are supposed to wear a face mask on public transport such as the subway and buses, so have those face masks to hand, and bring a spare.
If you feel obligated to take a Covid test then there are plenty of places to get tested here in New York City and I've noticed them also in San Francisco. There are many testing pop ups, plenty on street corners, and in subway stations, especially here in NYC. So there's plenty of opportunities to get get tested if you feel you need to.
You don't need to wear a face mask on your flight to the US, it is your personal choice I did notice there were people wearing a face mask on my flights to the US and there was no judgement, so if you feel you would like to, then again is it your personal preference.

Obviously you do need to be vaccinated in order to travel to the US, there is no mandatory requirement to have taken the boosters therefore as long as you are vaccinated then that should be sufficient.
Have a great flight to the US and enjoy your US travel.
