I'm excited by Boom, for me, it's the most promising design in supersonic travel that we have seen to date. I long for the day when I'll be able to travel to New York City in 3.5 hours, and to be fair the prospects from Boom are promising. We often get pie in the sky rumours of the next generation Concorde but the Boom Overture looks like it could become reality. Plans are advance, production from what I can tell is on schedule and they have investment. Airlines such as United have bought into the next generation supersonic travel, so it's all promising. I'm very hopefully that the day will come when I'll arrive in New York City before I took off - of course in supersonic travel terms.
