Top of the Rock is a fantastic place to get great views of New York City.

If you're visiting New York City then one of my favourite highlights that I recommend people to visit is Top of the Rock. You'll get some of the best views from here including this iconic image of the Empire State Building. From here, one can observe the size of Central Park, which is strewn below like a big green blanket. you will find the observation deck on floor 70  Additionally, you will marvel at the sight of the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building. Obviously best time to visit is sunset and you'll see NYC light up beneath you. Book in advance for a time slot, open until 11pm, last entry 10:10pm. Tickets start at $40 per adult.
