British Airways have now moved into Terminal 8 at JFK. The expanded Terminal 8 is part of a long term plan to make JFK Airport into “ one of the world’s finest international gateways”.

If you're flying to JFK with British Airways then you will be arriving and departing from Terminal 8.

British Airways has used Terminal 7 for decades and the move sees British Airways share the terminal with American Airlines. It's a joint $400 millions joint investment.

There are three lounges, Chelsea, Soho, and Greenwich.

To celebrate British Airways' move from Terminal 7 to Terminal 8; New York Governor Kathy Hochul, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, American Airlines and British Airways today announced the opening of a newly expanded Terminal 8, marking completion of the first phase of the historic JFK Vision Plan that is transforming the international airport into a world-class global hub.

So if you regularly used Terminal 7 from JFK make note that you will be using Terminal 8 going forward. Happy safe US travels.
