Be aware if you're flying from the UK to the USA in the coming weeks then the UK Border Force look set to strike. Strikes will occur over 8 days over the holidays. Staff are expected to walk out on eight days between 23 December and New Year's Eve at Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Gatwick, Heathrow (terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5) and Manchester airports, as well as at the port of Newhaven. The BBC has the news of the strike - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-63893115
