The US the House of Representatives votes in favour to end the COVID vaccination requirements for foreign visitors who travel to the United States by air.

In the US the House of Representatives Wednesday night passed a bill that would end the vaccination requirements for foreign visitors who travel to the United States by air.

The House of Representatives voted in favour 227-201 to end the vaccination requirement, which forces foreign adult visitors, not  US citizens to show proof that they've been vaccinated for COVID before travelling to the United States.

However The White House is in no rush to lift the requirement, " The President issued this Proclamation based on advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. As we approach the end of the public health emergency, the Administration will review all relevant policies, including this one".

The White House is intending to end the COVID public health emergency on May 11, which may mean the end of the requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID before entering the USA.
