Travelling to the US? Always have your proof of COVID vaccination ready. Airport officials still check.

I was asked this week do you still get asked for proof of COVID vaccination at the airport? I had to make a quick long weekend to NYC 2 weeks ago, travelling from London Heathrow, as opposed to Manchester. I travelled JetBlue, great airline by the way, I'll do a write up in the coming weeks. Needles to say I was asked at check-in for my COVID proof of vaccination. I had thankfully downloaded my NHS covid pass and that was acceptable. So my advice, don't think COVID has gone away, you will still need to be vaccinated against COVID to travel to the US. Yes the rule may end soon, but for the time being have that all important vaccination paperwork to hand.

Happy US travels.
