Arriving into New York City from Newark Liberty International Airport. How to get to Manhattan - Don’t get a cab use the train.

Taking a taxi from Newark Liberty International Airport is exceptionally costly since they have a lot of additional expensesYou have got to pay per bag $1 or $2 and $18 for tolls. In rush hour expect to pay an additional $5 and a tip will be expected. Taking the train cost is a lot less expensive and in my opinion just or more reliable. Train fare including the Newark Airport airtrain will cost you $15.50 just remember to disembark the train at New York Penn Station, not Newark Penn Station. New York Penn Station is the final stop.

Generally at least six NJ TRANSIT trains stop every hour at the Newark Liberty International Airport Station between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. weekdays. Four trains stop every hour between 9 p.m. and midnight.
