Showing my Attestation Form and proof of COVID vaccination throughout my trip to the USA.

So when I travelled to New York City last week, I was only asked if I'd completed my attestation form at the initial check-in desk at Manchester Airport. My journey took me from Manchester to London Heathrow and then outbound to Newark Liberty International Airport for New York City.

At no point during the journey, apart from the check-in, was I asked to show a copy of the Attestation Form. I was asked both at Manchester and at London Heathrow, whether I was fully vaccinated against Covid, again, however, I was not asked for any documentation.

Now this is not a guarantee that you will never be asked for your Attestation Form or proof of Covid, every journey is different, however, I just wanted to give you an impression of how my particular journey to New York City went, and the question's, I was asked and documentation that I needed to show.

I do recommend that you upload your Attestation Form to your airline, where asked, but also to print a copy and make sure it's completed prior to your trip to the airport.

And also just have your proof of Covid vaccination with you at all times, in my case the NHS app, again, it could be asked at any point throughout your journey.

Happy US travels.
